Job Title:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Digital Clinical Data Management Specialist to support our healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with health informatics systems, a strong understanding of compliance standards, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage health informatics solutions to improve clinical workflows and data interoperability.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant healthcare data regulations.
• Work with EHR systems and ensure adherence to industry data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and compliance teams to support data governance and system integration efforts.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in health informatics systems.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare data standards including HL7 and FHIR.
