Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Client Servicing for our Kolkata office to manage and nurture client relationships, particularly with government clients, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships

· Handle and coordinate with government clients and accounts

· Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of campaigns/projects

· Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams for seamless execution

· Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients

Requirements

· 7–8 years of client servicing/account management experience

· Proven experience in handling government clients and accounts

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Pay: ₹9,444.30 - ₹65,000.00 per month
