Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Delhi, India. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing client service operations. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and providing exceptional client service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the marketing or tech industry is a plus
