1) Responsible for preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the annual operating and capital budgets.
2)Monitor budget adherence and identify cost variances with root cause analysis.
3) Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and overhead functions.
4) Evaluate financial impact of strategic projects, new product launches, and capacity expansions.
5) Ensure accurate and timely financial forecasts aligned with business dynamics.
6) Support the CFO in profitability analysis and cost reduction dashboards for leadership reviews.
7) Collaborate with business heads (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, R&D) to develop realistic and performance-driven budgets.
8) Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making through financial analytics.
9) Ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
10) Partner with procurement, production, and quality teams to identify areas for cost rationalization without compromising product quality or delivery.
