Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager in the People Experience team at EY, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of transformative projects for clients, focusing on an employee-centric approach. Working within a team, you will deliver innovative solutions and provide support to junior team members for successful client delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day project delivery by utilizing strong project management capabilities and ensuring delivery discipline. - Take ownership of project management activities such as workstream/project planning, risk management, and reporting. - Build and maintain client relationships to establish trust. - Lead the delivery team, fostering effective teamwork and providing on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to junior staff. - Oversee the development of reports and deliverables to ensure engagement success. - Identify risks and issues proactively, collaborating with the project team to develop mitigation plans. - Support go-to-market activities through proposal management, assisting in pitch preparation, and engaging in critical engagement management tasks. - Identify additional engagement opportunities within existing client relationships to contribute to revenue generation. - Develop a deep understanding of EY's solution offerings and establish a network to enhance client delivery. Qualification Required: - Relevant professional service experience with a global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy, or internal change management/transformation role. - Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver transformation engagements. - Previous experience in delivering change/communications projects within the Financial Services Sector, including Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth, Asset Management, and FinTechs. - Degree-level education and/or professional qualifications. - Ability to travel within the UK if required. - Right to work in the UK.
