Role Overview: You will be responsible for automating processes across products and digital transformation of existing credit processes to address rising costs and new customer preferences. Working closely with the Product, Technology, and Business teams, you will devise the best and most innovative solutions for solving customer needs. Monitoring the performance of solutions to ensure better Turnaround Time (TAT) and process management will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will ensure uniform processes, analyze various processes to recommend changes that initiate cost savings, optimize resources, and enhance operational efficiency. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction will be crucial. Conducting random process audits, focusing on efficiency, productivity improvement, and increasing productivity through internal process reviews will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will implement technology interventions and efficiency building through best practices in the market while tracking productivity, optimizing costs, negotiating contracts, rationalizing resources, and promoting automation.
