Job title: Manager - Centre for International Relations and Research (CIRR) Key Responsibilities and Skills Required International Mobility Programs Responsibilities: Manage academic collaborations, including semester exchanges, summer schools, and pathways programs, ensuring proper alignment with academic calendars and credit transfer systems. Liaise with international partner institutions to maintain and enhance relationships. Skills: Expertise in international academic systems, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to coordinate complex programs. Event Management Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute high-profile international events such as International Week, Visiting Lecturer Programs, and Inbound Exchange Programs. Oversee logistics, scheduling, and participant coordination for a seamless experience. Skills: Proficiency in event planning, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse teams and logistics effectively. Student Engagement Responsibilities: Support students in resolving academic and administrative concerns related to international programs, including credit transfers and mobility opportunities. Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide and support a diverse student population. Promotional Activities Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to promote international programs through global education fairs, webinars, and digital platforms. Represent the university at international events to attract partnerships and participants. Skills: expertise in marketing strategies, creativity, and networking skills to enhance the university's visibility globally.
