Brand Consistency : Maintain and uphold the visual identity and brand standards across all designs and projects. Content Strategy : Support the creation of visual assets that support overarching content strategies and goals. Feedback Iteration : Be open to feedback, adjusting designs according to the needs of the team and the project. Project Management : Prioritize and manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality standards. REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE) 2-3 years of relevant experience in design or illustration roles, with exposure to narrative design and storytelling. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and layout techniques. Ability to create both digital and print materials. Strong conceptual and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting designs for different channels. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
