We're Hiring: MES DevOps Manager / Senior Engineer Siemens Opcenter

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

10+ years
in Digital Manufacturing, with
5-8+ years
in MES (Siemens Opcenter Pharma mandatory)
Proven experience in regulated (GxP) environments within pharmaceutical or life sciences
Experience in global, matrixed organizations across multicultural environments
Project management experience (for Engineer level); team leadership experience (for Manager level)

Technical Skills

Deep knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma & Equipment Logbook
Experience with MBR design, Review by Exception, and pharma manufacturing processes
Familiarity with Mendix or similar low-code platforms
Understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial communication protocols
Scripting (VB/.Net/JSON) and Power BI skills are a plus
