Manager- Business Planning, Digitalization and MIS

The Incumbent will be responsible for-

Job Purpose-

Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational performance through strategic planning, digital transformation and robust MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities-

Strategic Business Planning-

1. Develop and implement long-term and short-term business plans aligned with company objectives.

2. Conduct market, industry and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

3. Drive annual budget and forecasting processes in coordination with key departments.

4. Track business performance KPIs and prepare management review dashboard.

Digitalization and Process Improvement-

1. Lead digital transformation projects to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

2. Identify automation opportunities across departments.

3. Deploy ERP and other digital tools. Ensure user adoption and training across functions.

MIS-

1. Design, implement and maintain MIS frameworks to support business intelligence and data driven decision-making.

2. Create periodic reports for leadership and stakeholders.

3. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting systems.

4. Drive the integration of MIS with operational and financial systems.

Accounting and Financial Management-

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal financial policies.

2. Ensure timely closing of books and accurate financial reporting.

3. Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for statutory audits and compliance.

4. Implement internal controls and monitor financial risks.
