Role Summary:

The Manager – Business & Operations will be develop communications and strategies that promote Winpe’s work amongst its stakeholders, strengthen engagement with key stakeholders and partners, and help secure new partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be a people's person with a track record of building and managing high value client relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.


Key areas of responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop a clear understanding of their objectives and leverage this understanding to deliver on areas of responsibility. 
  • Develop effective communication collaterals across formats to engage with key stakeholders, including but not limited to reports, newsletters, presentations and emailers. 
  • Responsible for execution of various initiatives and programs. Collaborate across functions and teams for seamless delivery.
  • Measure and track stakeholder engagement metrics based on Winpe’s Theory Of Change.
  • Maintain a sound and updated understanding of the markets and industry of the company.


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of client and partner relationship management.
  • Ability to understand and articulate value proposition across various types of products and services.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive and self-starter mind set.
  • Minimum experience will be 5 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Highly computer literate.
