Role Overview: You will be responsible for the role of Manager Business Franchise Gold Loan in the Gold Industry. Your primary focus will be on appointing Business Partners/Franchises, preferably from the Gold Loan/NBFC sector, and establishing associations in rural areas. You are expected to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, be a team player, self-motivated, energetic, and innovative. Maintaining proper appearance and attire, timely attendance, very good public relation skills, and respect for hierarchy and co-worker coordination are essential. Your marketing expertise and skills will play a crucial role in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Build and develop business franchise, ensuring achievement of targets for all products in the allocated region - Conduct periodic strategic reviews of the business portfolio across branches - Develop annual business plans and strategies for the Gold Loan business, reviewing performance monthly - Collaborate with support functions (Ops, Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin, Audit, etc.) to provide necessary support to the team for business development and target achievement - Lead and motivate branches to deliver as per the business plan - Establish and maintain a high-performance culture among branch teams - Define and implement strategies and processes to ensure high performance levels - Identify training needs for Franchise Managers and their teams, ensuring effective delivery of training - Keep the team motivated and engaged Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate education - Skills and astute for marketing expertise - Experience in the Gold Loan/NBFC sector preferred Additional Company Details: The role is expected to positively impact metrics such as branch/employee productivity for all products, revenue and profitability of the Gold Loan business and Gold Bond, and maintaining punctuality, discipline, and high moral standards in line with the ethics and values of the Achiievers Group. --- Role Overview: You will be responsible for the role of Manager Business Insurance at Achiievers Equities Ltd in the Sales & Insurance industry. Your main responsibilities will include direct insurance sales and driving through agents. Extensive knowledge of insurance sales and driving through agents, along with a results-driven approach, strong project management skills, and proficiency in Excel are key requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Independently achieve monthly targets for insurance sales and drive through agents - Visit clients regularly and update the client database - Prepare various MIS reports for business development and planning - Ensure quality standards are followed with continuous improvement - Coordinate with the compliance team on relevant aspects - Handle different third-party products and liaise with clients for revenue credit - Ensure proper distribution of mailers and prepare presentations on company aspects - Coordinate with publishing houses and media for co-branding - Initiate promotional activities like SMS and emailers for branding - Generate new ideas for initiatives Qualification Required: - Graduate education - Extensive knowledge of insurance sales and driving through agents - Strong verbal and written communication skills, team player, cost-conscious, and goal-oriented - Proficiency in Excel and demonstrated application of market research and data analysis Keywords: Online Promotion, MIS, Third Party Product Handling,
