Location: MumbaiCTC: 10 LPA - 25 LPARequisite:Graduates with 5+ yrs of relevant work experience in scouting redevelopment projects.Lead the acquisition and development of redevelopment projects (residential societies / MHADA / Cluster initiatives, etcInterface with societies, government authorities, consultants, and financial partners to source, structure, and close high-value redevelopment deals.Proactively identify redevelopment opportunitiessocieties, slum rehabilitation (SRA), MHADA tenders, municipal incentives. Conduct market analysis and feasibility assessments—including regulatory, financial modeling, site viability, and legal due diligence.
