Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring Manager / Sr Manager - Business Development Redevelopment Projects for a Developer Lobby Location: Mumbai CTC: 10 LPA - 25 LPA Requisite: Graduates with 5+ yrs of relevant work experience in scouting redevelopment projects. Lead the acquisition and development of redevelopment projects (residential societies / MHADA / Cluster initiatives, etc Interface with societies, government authorities, consultants, and financial partners to source, structure, and close high-value redevelopment deals. Proactively identify redevelopment opportunitiessocieties, slum rehabilitation (SRA), MHADA tenders, municipal incentives. Conduct market analysis and feasibility assessments—including regulatory, financial modeling, site viability, and legal due diligence. Build and sustain relationships with society office bearers, residents, consultants (PMC, architects), brokers, and legal advisors. Navigate society meetings, present proposals convincingly, and negotiate favorable agreements. Oversee documentation, compliance, financial structuring, revenue modeling, and internal approvals for closure. Prepare regular updates for leadership on business development pipeline, regulatory developments, and strategy progress.
