Manager - Business Development

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Solar Industry)
Location: Noida | Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 years in the solar energy sector

Are you passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for sales and business development? Join our growing team, a forward-thinking company driving solar energy adoption across [region/India].

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector (rooftop, ground-mounted, solar street lights, etc.)
• Build relationships with potential clients including residential, commercial, and government sectors.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1+ years) in business development or sales in the solar industry.
• Strong understanding of solar solutions, policies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings/site visits as needed.
• Graduate in Engineering/Marketing/Business or a related field preferred.
