ABC Study Links, a 36-year-old reputed and successful Overseas Education and International Recruitment Consultancy organization in Kerala having several branches in India and abroad, is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Branch Manager (Malayali) for our Regional Head Office at Nehru Place, New Delhi. The candidate should be Fluent in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage overall operations of Delhi office, including staff management.
· Develop and implement Business strategies to achieve Business growth and targets.
· Provide proper Counselling to the Candidates.
· Ensure excellent customer service and their satisfaction.
· Lead, motivate, train and develop a high-performing team of counsellors and support staff.
· Achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Qualifications:
· MBA
· Experience in Overseas Education / Recruitment Consultancy preferred.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial level mandatory.
· Willingness to travel with in India and Abroad.
