Manager Business and Risk Advisory

Role Overview: At Felix Advisory in Mumbai, your key focus will be on creating value for clients by working with a team of passionate problem solvers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to high quality engagements involving MNCs, Indian conglomerates, and high-growth startups across various industries. Your role will include working on Business and Risk advisory engagements such as risk-based internal audits, compliance support for Clause 49 and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements, implementation of risk assessment frameworks, development of SOPs/Policies/Processes, fraud investigation, special management audit, and information security reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare audit checklists/programs, discussion notes, and audit reports for clients - Conduct business process reviews, internal audits as per the annual audit plan, and submit audit reports to clients - Coordinate with functional departments for internal audits, discuss audit findings, and ensure timely implementation of action plans - Implement audit observations and draft SOPs/Policies/Guidelines/Procedures - Manage and lead a team Qualifications Required: - CA Inter (Semi Qualified) with 1-2 years of experience or B.Com/M.Com with 2-3 years of experience - Strong analytical skills - Excellent written and oral communication abilities - Understanding of business processes and procedures - Expertise in auditing and accounting - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Additional Company Details: Felix Advisory is seeking highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a client-focused environment.
