The role involves gaining exposure to business and risk advisory services such as risk-based internal audits, compliance support for Clause 49 and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, implementation of risk assessment frameworks, development of SOPs, policies, processes, fraud investigation, special management audits, and information security reviews. Key responsibilities for this role include preparing audit checklists/programs, discussion notes, and audit reports, conducting business process reviews, performing internal audits as per the annual plan, liaising with departments for audits, ensuring implementation of audit observations, drafting SOPs/policies/guidelines/procedures, and managing teams. The ideal candidate should have a CA Inter (Semi Qualified) with 1-2 years of experience or a B.Com/M.Com with 2-3 years of experience. Required skills include a high level of analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, understanding of business processes, expertise in auditing and accounting, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
