As a Manager Business Analyst (Marketing) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the business analysis function for the Marketing team. Your background in the pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead business analysis efforts for the Marketing team, focusing on sales performance and market insights. - Take ownership of client sales team review calls to provide meaningful insights and actionable takeaways. - Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data insights. - Manage and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts and Analysts. - Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and market intelligence summaries. - Provide competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and ROI evaluation of campaigns. - Align strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. - Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis and report generation. - Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in current business processes and propose improvements. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Business Analytics preferred. - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong understanding of pharma sales and marketing processes. - Experience in handling client-facing review calls with senior stakeholders. - Proficiency in analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to lead and mentor a small team of analysts.
