Job Description

Role holder is responsible to maintain existing Building infrastructure setup & ensure timely execution of new building projects.

Role & responsibilities

Planning & execution of Building Repair & maintenance work
Selection of contractor Providing awareness of work instruction to contractor
Timely & proper execution of Building CAPEX project.
Providing awareness of work instruction to contractor.
Regular monitoring progress of work for timely completion, quality control & safety awareness.
Reviewing and monitoring of existing buildings regularly to avoid building issues.
Ensure 5s during work.
Ensure Quarterly closure of all IFC, Audit and Risk Governance compliance & all legal compliance related to building work

Education and Experience

Degree in Civil Engineering

7-12 Years relevant experience + Autocad Knowledge + MSP Knowledge

Preferred : Industrial Engineering background
