Role Overview: As a BORM Specialist in the Rural Banking function, your main objective is to leverage your understanding of processes to provide analytical insights for the business unit. You have the crucial responsibility of ensuring strict adherence to Regulatory and Risk Policies. Additionally, you will lead risk assessments, analyze operational risks, and promote risk awareness within the organization through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
