Job Description

As a Manager-Billing at RELT-RealtyNoida, your role will involve Quantity Survey, Billing, Change Management, and Downstream Contract Management. You will be responsible for generating Monthly MIS reports and handling Contracts such as Vendor Management, Negotiations, Final QS, Billing, Extra Item settlements, and Contract Closures for projects like EI Ph 2A, Tower T16, and associated NTA, EI Ph 2B. Your key responsibilities will include: - Quantity Survey, Billing, and Change Management - Downstream Contract Management - Generating Monthly MIS reports - Handling Contracts including Vendor Management, Negotiations, Final QS, Billing, Extra Item settlements, and Contract Closures for various projects The minimum qualification required for this position is B.TECH/BE. Your experience should range between 12 to 15 years, with skills in Contract Management and Billing.,
