Role Description

• Manage Corporate Banking & Treasury Operations
• Handle Working Capital Facilities (CC, OD, WCDL, WCTL), Term Loans (CTL)
• Manage Bank Guarantees (BG) & Letters of Credit (LC)
• Lead Fundraising, Debt Syndication & Bank Financing
• Handle Project Finance & Capex Finance
• Coordinate Sanction Letter Finalization & Credit Documentation
• Manage Cash Flow, Liquidity Planning & Fund Management
• Negotiate with banks for limits, interest rates & funding terms
• Monitor Credit Rating, Covenants & RBI Compliance
• Prepare MIS, Fund Flow Statements & Bank Exposure Reports
