About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor
quality management frameworks
across consulting practices.
Drive
process improvements, tool optimization,
and best practice sharing.
Support leadership in project governance, performance tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with practice heads and delivery teams to ensure operational alignment.

Required Experience & Skills:

7+ years
in professional services (Big 4, Top 10 CA firms, consulting firms, or corporate captives).
Experience in one or more:
Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Forensics, Valuation, Due Diligence, IT Assurance, or Management Consulting.
Proven background in
process improvement, PMO, quality management, or operational excellence.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
and project management tools.
Preferred certifications:
CA, CPA, CIA, PMP, CFA, CFE, Six Sigma.
