Job Description

You will be joining AAVIS Engineering & Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company that provides excellent career opportunities and a learning environment to accelerate your growth. **Role Overview:** As a Manager / Assistant Manager in New Product Development for Machining or Fabrication, your role will involve: **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing process flow for new development items - Selecting appropriate materials based on requirements - Calculating cycle time and optimizing processes for maximum output - Estimating costs and negotiating effectively - Utilizing AutoCAD and Solid works for design purposes - Developing proto samples based on customer inputs - Implementing inspection methods and utilizing measuring instruments - Applying Lean manufacturing techniques - Ensuring documentation compliance with standards such as PPAP, CP, PFD, PSW, 8D **Qualifications Required:** - BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 4 to 6 years of experience in New Product Development, Cost Estimation, and documentation - Familiarity with processes like Machining, Stamping, Welding, and Fabrication - Knowledge of raw material properties and selection - Understanding of special processes like heat treatment, Plating, Galvanizing, etc. - Proficiency in machine hour rates calculation - Basic knowledge of ISO and IATF systems - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Preference for candidates from engineering OEMs or Automotive industries Feel free to email us at hr@aaviseq.com to explore career opportunities, and we will reach out to you promptly.,
