Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Pre-joining and post-joining formalities Salary Negotiation, Offer, reference Check, candidate connect, onboarding/induction, and signing an employment contract.
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
  • Manage the entire employee life cycle - Enhancing workforce retention, probation assessment, confirmation, PDP & PIP, managing disciplinary actions and termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Implement company policies- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key HR metrics - detailed reports on HR Matrix Manpower, Employee Attrition.
  • Monthly Payroll & Compliance management (Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, Prof.TAX, LWF etc.)
  • Address employees queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations)
  • Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Lead employee engagement activities
  • Provide administrative support in the companys day-to-day operations
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for things related to administrative and human resources inquiries of IN team members.
  • Handle internal and external HR audits

Preferred candidate profile

  • Computer literate MS Office: V-lookup, Pivot, Mail Merge
  • Excellent Communication - Written, Spoken
  • Motivated, self-starter individual with a high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude.
  • Disciplined process-oriented work style
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work equally well either independently or as part of a team
  • Flexibility to handle changing work demands.
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • Good people skills

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP Service / IT industry will

be an added advantage. Preferably from the e-learning industry.
