Manager - Architect (Real Estate)

Design & Planning
Coordinate Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.Coordinate detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to incorporate project-specific requirements and innovative design ideas.Project Coordination
Work closely with project managers, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.Review and approve architectural plans, blueprints, and shop drawings submitted by contractors and vendors.Monitor design progress and resolve any design-related issues during construction.Ensure timely delivery of designs and drawings as per the project schedule.Quality & Compliance
Conduct site visits to ensure construction adheres to approved designs and quality standards.Address any discrepancies between design and execution and suggest corrective measures.Maintain thorough documentation of project designs, changes, and approvals for future reference.Sustainability & Innovation
Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into architectural solutions.Research and apply new trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors for design-related matters.Present design concepts and updates to senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes is a plus.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, local development regulations, and zoning laws.Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design aesthetics, spatial planning, and quality assurance.Problem-Solving: Ability to address design and construction challenges with creative solutions.Presentation Preparation skill: Power point presentation, MS Knowledge mandatory.Prior exposure to real estate-specific projects such as high-rise buildings, and commercial complexes.Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
