Manager Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex and abstract business problems to deliver

  data-driven insights

  , recommendations, and business actionables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into detailed

  analytical requirements

  .
• Use

  data mining, correlation analysis, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)

  to extract insights from large datasets.
• Conduct

  statistical analysis, predictive modelling, forecasting, trend analysis

  , and opportunity sizing.
• Build and present dashboards, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on

  analytics tools, best practices, BI technologies

  , and continuously enhance team capability in tools/processes/techniques.
• Provide

  technical guidance, mentorship, coaching

  , and quality oversight to junior analytics team members.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Masters degree in

  Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics

  , or related fields.

• 68 years of experience

  in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Insights roles, preferably in a

  B2C environment

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  SQL, Python, R, Pandas, NumPy

  , or equivalent analytical tools.
• Experience with

  Business Intelligence (BI) tools

  such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Strong abilities in

  problem solving, statistical modelling, data visualization, and storytelling with data

  .
• Excellent

  communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  .
