Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented New Zealand Study & Visa Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the New Zealand study application and visa process while building strong client relationships, driving sales, and promoting our university partnerships. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Interaction & SalesMake sales calls and conduct in-person/virtual meetings with prospective students and families.Convert leads and inquiries into successful enrollments.Negotiate agreements and close sales effectively.Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential clients.2. Student Visa Guidance & DocumentationCounsel students on New Zealand study and visa requirements.Provide accurate, up-to-date guidance on student visa laws and policies.Support clients throughout the entire visa journey—from inquiry to final arrival.3. Consultation & Follow-UpExplain student visa processes to students and stakeholders.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up regularly.Address queries, resolve issues, and handle client objections effectively.4. University Partnership PromotionPromote New Zealand university partners to potential students.Deliver professional, high-quality counselling services for study visas.Provide end-to-end documentation support for students.5.
