Job Description

As a Manager at our company in Delhi, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major accounts, acquiring new partners for business expansion, and onboarding new clients. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as tech support, operations, and onboarding to ensure the smooth running of the business. The Account Manager should possess the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally, solve issues at various levels, and sustain and improve relationships. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of proven experience in Merchant/Fintech, with expertise in account management, relationship management, business development, and solution selling. Prior experience in handling gaming clients is also required. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate, or Master's degree. Occasional travel may be required for this position. If you are a proactive and results-driven professional with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships, we would love to have you on our team.
