About the Role

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  scalable ML models

  for real-world applications such as

  fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer analytics

  .
• Work with

  structured and unstructured data

  , including preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Fine-tune and implement

  open-source LLMs

  (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, Falcon, ViT) for NLP and vision-based tasks.
• Build and maintain

  GenAI solutions

  including chatbots, RAG-based frameworks, and agentic systems.
• Apply

  MLOps practices

  using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, and Comet for model lifecycle management.
• Implement

  quality engineering practices

  through model validation, testing, and continuous monitoring.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics such as

  Precision, Recall, F1-score, and AUC-ROC

  .
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Monitor

  model drift

  , retraining needs, and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.

• Additional Skills:

  Prompt engineering and optimization for GenAI applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the

  Payments or FinTech domain

  (UPI, credit card data preferred).
• Prior work on

  fraud detection, risk scoring, or customer segmentation

  models.
• Exposure to

  model monitoring, feedback loops

  , and

  automated retraining pipelines

  .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  

Education

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields
