About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to build and strengthen the organizations data-driven culture through data aggregation, analysis, and insights. The role involves leveraging analytics to recognize patterns, enhance consumer experience, and support business goals and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and scale analytics capabilities across functions to support data-driven decision-making.
  
• Collect, organize, and analyze large and diverse data sets from multiple platforms.
  
• Identify key insights from data and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors on analytics solutions, scope, and deliverables.
  
• Develop proofs of concept to validate analytical models or hypotheses.
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver reliable, relevant, and efficient reporting.
  
• Design and implement advanced statistical testing and analytical models for specific problem statements.
  
• Present analytical findings and insights to senior management through clear reports and recommendations.
  

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, logical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
  
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and experience working with

  large data sets

  and

  Big Data tools

  such as

  SQL, Hadoop, Hive

  , etc.
• Expertise in

  Machine Learning algorithms

  (XGBoost, SVM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, Regression (Linear/Logistic), Segmentation, Time Series Forecasting, Market Basket Analysis, Decision Trees, CHAID, Text Mining, Hypothesis Testing, A/B Testing, and Predictive Modeling.

• Ability to interpret complex data and present it effectively to business stakeholders.
  
• Keen aptitude for identifying key insights and patterns from large-scale data.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in data science or analytics.
  
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to link analytics outcomes to business impact.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Passion for leveraging data to drive decisions and improve performance.
