Manager - Admissions & Outreach

Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive for our company, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with schools and colleges in and around Bengaluru. You will play a key role in creating a strong brand presence through innovative promotional offerings, offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. Collaboration with the sales team will be essential to ensure that your marketing efforts align with and support their sales objectives. Additionally, your analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring and reporting on the success of your marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Explore new opportunities and cultivate relationships to drive growth for the company. - Establish partnerships with schools, universities, and institutions within the assigned territory. - Develop brand awareness, positioning strategies, and execute marketing campaigns. - Conduct seminars on Education Abroad in educational institutions. - Ensure profitability of the Business Unit and achieve sales and delivery targets. - Brainstorm innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. - Maintain consistent customer experience across all services to reflect the brand's overall image. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in handling business development, outreach, and marketing initiatives. - Strong rapport with schools and institutions in the specified territory. - Ability to initiate, manage, and nurture large business accounts to drive revenue growth. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking and influencing capabilities. - Proficiency in analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. - Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills. - Comfortable handling complex conversations and situations. - Innovative mindset with a goal-oriented approach. - Effective business driver with a proactive attitude. Additional Company Details: The work schedule for this role is 6 days a week with Sundays off, requiring 9 hours of work per day.
