Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Manager Admissions, located on-site in Siliguri / Kalimpong. The Manager Admissions will be responsible for generating the admissions, developing and implementing admission strategies, managing communication with prospective students, schools and ensuring a seamless admission experience. This role includes collaborating with various stakeholders to align admission processes with the institution's goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Counseling skills
• Experience in Educational Leadership
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Ability to work on-site in North Bengal region
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in admissions or related roles is a plus
