Role & responsibilities : Supervision and Leadership: Overseeing administrative staff and ensuring efficient office operations. They set goals, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations. Policy Development: Creating and implementing administrative policies and procedures to ensure the organization runs smoothly and complies with regulations. Budget Management: Developing and managing the administrative budget, monitoring expenses, and finding cost-effective solutions. Facilities Management: Ensuring the maintenance and security of office facilities and equipment, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication within the organization and coordinating between different departments to ensure seamless operations. Records Management: Maintaining and organizing important documents, records, and files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility. Project Management: Leading or participating in various projects to improve administrative processes and support organizational goals. Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, preparing reports, and maintaining records for audits and inspections. Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any administrative issues or challenges that arise, ensuring a smooth workflow. Strategic Planning: Contributing to the organization's strategic planning efforts by providing insights and recommendations on administrative matters.
