1. Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and infrastructure across all office and plant locations (U1, U2, US, and Corporate Office) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
2. Manage vendor selection, contracts, and procurement of supplies and services, while monitoring renewals, payments, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
3. Drive cost saving initiatives in housekeeping and canteen operations by optimizing manpower, consumables, and resource usage.
4. Implement waste reduction and sustainability measures by tracking water, electricity, and fuel consumption, and ensuring proper disposal of canteen and housekeeping waste in line with environmental standards.
5. Prepare and manage admin budgets, track ROI on expenditures, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
6. Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety norms, and maintain audit-ready records across all administrative functions.
7. Manage employee transportation (buses, cabs, driver rosters) and coordinate vehicie maintenance, fuel usage, and statutory requirements (RC, insurance, permits).
8. Supervise front office, communication systems, cafeteria, guest houses, space allocation, seating arrangements, and facility expansions.
9. Handle employee guest relations, events, and ensure a professional and well-maintained work environment.
10. Lead new initiatives in administration, adopt innovative practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Projects) to enhance workplace efficiency and employee experience.
