Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day administration of plant, corporate office, and all facilities.
Manage housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, office infrastructure, and building maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to admin and support functions.
Vendor identification, negotiation, rate finalization, and AMC management.
Ensure upkeep of office/building, utilities, parking, sanitation, drinking water, and hygiene standards.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and asset management for the plant and office.
Manage contracts and performance of security agencies, fire-safety systems, CCTV, access control systems.
Prepare and supervise the annual admin budget.
Provide prompt administrative support to employees and resolve grievances related to admin facilities.
Lead and mentor the admin team supervisors, coordinators, housekeeping & security staff.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills.
Sound knowledge of industrial administration, statutory rules, and facility management.
Ability to handle crises, emergencies, and plant-level operational challenges.
Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and reporting.
Strong discipline orientation and ability to work under pressure.
