Manager - Admin & Facilities

As a Construction Site Administrator, your primary responsibility will be managing construction sites and gated communities in terms of administration and facilities. You will provide crucial administrative support to project managers, civil engineers, and construction teams, which includes tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping. Additionally, you will play a key role in the preparation and distribution of various project documents like contracts, proposals, specifications, and reports. Your role will involve coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project personnel. You will be expected to prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, ensuring follow-up on outstanding tasks. Moreover, you will assist in procuring materials, supplies, and equipment for construction projects and tracking project expenses, invoices, and budgets, contributing to the preparation of financial reports. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project files and databases will be essential. You will also be involved in coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders engaged in construction projects. Your qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in Construction Site administration and facilities management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and procedures are essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems is crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time job that requires 5 years of experience in Construction and Admin/Facilities work. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in Hyderabad, Telangana.
