Responsibilities Strategic Monitoring & coordination of electrical installation activities related to IPBD, SPBD, HT/ LT Switchgear, Auxiliary Transformer, NSPBD, Main Plant Illumination, Cable Tray Routing, Cable Laying & Termination & its associated miscellaneous electrical work in BTG for erection & commissioning in line with the schedule date of synchronisation of that unit. Operational Smooth and timely erection & commissioning of plant through coordination of relevant teams from Project and Generation. Ensure that Quality as per Quality Plans & Safety as per safety guidelines. People Development & Growth Enable capability development of subordinates within the team by overseeing & coordination of their work. Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members. Finding & Planning of training required for each team member.
