Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with hospital objectives.
Drive cost optimization and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.
Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts; monitor departmental variances.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.
Coordinate and support internal, statutory, and external audits.
Oversee Revenue Cycle Management including billing, collections, insurance claims, and TPA settlements.
Monitor cash flows and improve collections to strengthen working capital.
Evaluate and track capital expenditure (Capex) and control operating expenditure (Opex).
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights for pricing, investment, and expansion decisions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and
Indian GAAP
.
Experience in hospital finance, billing systems, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in
ERP / Accounting systems
such as
Tally, SAP, Oracle
, or similar.
Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
Effective communication and team management skills.
Experience in
NABH / NABL accredited hospitals
preferred.
Good understanding of healthcare operations, insurance claims, and TPA processes.
