Manager Accounts & Finance

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to oversee and manage all accounting and commercial functions for our manufacturing plant. Candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making across the business. If you have a strong background in accounting and commercial function within the manufacturing industry and are ready for a leadership role, we are looking for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and reporting it to Corporate Accounts
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and Corporate accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials, labor, and production costs.
• Build and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
• Ensure strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  CA / M.com

• Experience:

  Minimum of 12-15 years in accounting and commercial function with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in Accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities and financial analysis skills.
