Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Subsidiary Accounting Management:
Oversee accounting operations for all group subsidiaries, ensuring accurate recording and consolidation of financial data in Tally/SAP.
Finalization of Accounts:
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other applicable laws.
Audit Coordination:
Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth audit execution and timely closure of audit queries.
MIS & Reporting:
Prepare periodic Management Information Reports (MIS), financial analysis, and variance reports to support business decisions.
Internal Controls:
Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls, ensuring effective risk management and process efficiency across subsidiaries.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for automation and standardization of accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
