As a Manager 2, Accounting at Intuit in Bangalore, India, you will play a critical role in managing the Shared Services within the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) organization. Your primary focus will be on optimizing accounting operations while ensuring alignment with US GAAP, compliance, and reporting standards. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Growth & Expansion:** - Identify and manage new transitions to expand the scope of Shared Services and enhance operational efficiency. - **Process Transformation & Automation:** - Utilize AI, RPA, and automation to streamline operations, optimize capacity, and drive process improvement. - **Workload Optimization & Governance:** - Ensure resource allocation aligns with business needs, keeping the team engaged, motivated, and high-performing. - **Leadership & Talent Development:** - Build and mentor a strong finance team, fostering career growth and a culture of excellence. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - CA/CPA with 13+ years of accounting experience in large MNCs, preferably in Software/SaaS and Shared Services. - Strong US GAAP expertise and a proven track record in financial close, reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. - Experience in managing process transitions, expanding Shared Services scope, and driving efficiencies through automation. - Ability to develop long-term strategies and ensure seamless day-to-day execution. - Proven leadership in scaling high-performing finance teams and fostering career growth. - Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities. - Proficiency in leveraging AI, automation, and finance transformation tools. - Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
