Role Overview

CA Fresher

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate
vendor, statutory, and employee-related payments
.
Coordinate with banks for
daily treasury operations
, reconciliations, and compliance.
Support in
cash flow forecasting, fund management, and liquidity planning
.
Assist in
monthly financial statement (FS) preparation
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure
adherence to internal financial controls
and approval processes.
Provide support during
internal/external audits
and compliance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and financial insights.
Maintain and update
financial records, schedules, and trackers
for reporting purposes.
Prepare and publish
monthly MIS reports
with variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
