About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier in the Iron & Steel sector, known for our quality-driven approach and strong market presence in North India. We are looking for dynamic and energetic MBA graduates who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day operations in the assigned department (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain).
Conduct market/competitor research and prepare reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and process improvement.
Support senior managers in planning and decision-making.
Monitor inventory and logistics performance (for operations-related roles).
Engage with customers/vendors and prepare business documentation.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Stipend/CTC: 18,000 25,000 (Depending on department & performance)
Performance bonus, PF/ESI (as applicable), and on-site training.
