Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, UK Payroll, HR OperationsWe are looking for someone with a deep understanding and understanding of the entire UK payroll/Time and attendance process for a client. The current requirement is to mirror the UK shifts, participate in processing client&rsquos existing Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and technologies to find opportunities for efficiencies, process simplification.Responsibilities. Process and manage end to end Payroll for UK employees, ensuring compliance with HMRC governance. Daily client interactions, working with onshore team on a day-to-day basis. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee records and payroll data. Detail oriented, good communication skills and ability to work independently and within the team environment. Investigate and resolve discrepancies and employee queries related to payroll. Processing third party payments within timelines. Responsible to align with internal controls and policies and pay attention to details.. Assist with year- end processing and compliance with HMRC filings. Assist with distribution of pay slips and tax forms to employees. Support in the preparation of payroll reports for internal and external audit

Required Qualifications
. 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll processing of UK payroll. Knowledge on UK legislation. Strong attention to detail an accuracy in Processing payroll. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity. Basic Knowledge of Excel. Experience on ServiceNow, PeopleSoft will be adding advantage

Educational qualifications
. Any Graduation (B. Com/B.SC/BA)
