Job Description

Role Overview: As a Management Trainee in the CSR Department at Schbang, you will work closely with the Founders office and the dedicated CSR team to implement, monitor, and report CSR initiatives aligned with Schbangs CSR policy and strategic priorities. This is an opportunity for a fresh MBA or management-studies graduate to gain hands-on exposure to corporate social impact projects and contribute to meaningful social and community development work. Key Responsibilities: - Support identification, planning, and execution of CSR projects in focus areas such as education, skill development, digital literacy, healthcare, sanitation, and livelihood enhancement for underprivileged communities - Assist in due-diligence, partner selection and coordination with implementing agencies / NGOs / registered trusts / societies or in-house foundation (as applicable) for CSR projects. - Contribute to fundraising efforts, proposal development, donor research and relationship management (if applicable), especially when projects require external funding or collaborations. - Maintain data and records related to CSR activities including project planning, budgets, expenditures, impact metrics, and compliance documentation. - Prepare presentations, monthly/quarterly reports, and status updates for the CSR Committee and Board of Directors. Generate insights and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and impact of CSR programs. - Assist in designing outreach, engagement and volunteer programmes possibly including community outreach, awareness campaigns, digital-literacy drives, and skill-development initiatives. - Collaborate internally with other teams (e.g. communications / digital / content / operations) to integrate CSR narratives and create awareness about Schbangs social impact efforts. Qualification Required: - Fresh MBA graduate or Bachelors/Masters in Management / Business Administration / Social Work / equivalent ideally with academic exposure to CSR, social development, or corporate ethics. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to liaise with NGOs, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Excellent presentation skills able to create clear, professional, compelling presentations and reports. - Proficiency in data analysis, data management and basic reporting (MS Excel, PowerPoint, data-driven insights). - Strong soft skills and maturity empathy, integrity, reliability, and a genuine interest in social development / community welfare work. - Willingness to travel frequently (especially to Badlapur and nearby locations), and flexibility to work on the field when required. - High degree of ownership, commitment, and proactiveness comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment, collaborating with founders and senior leadership on strategic CSR initiatives.,
