Management Trainee - Business Development

We are looking for a Management Trainee – Business Development to work closely with the Business Head across new business initiatives and existing operations within the Sparkle Group.

This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, sales support, market research, and operations, and is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in how real businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Market Development

• Support research and execution for new business initiatives
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity tracking
• Prepare comparison sheets, basic analysis, and reports
• Support pricing and go-to-market activities

Sales & Operations Support

• Assist B2B sales teams with lead tracking and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts)
• Support day-to-day operational execution and documentation
• Assist in special projects and process improvements

Exposure & Learning

• Attend select customer meetings or site visits (local)
• Learn practical aspects of business development and operations

Candidate Profile

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of experience
• Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome
• Strong interest in business development and learning

Skills & Traits

• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / basic documentation
• Self-driven, reliable, and good at follow-ups
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Compensation

₹15,000 to ₹30,000 based on experience
