As a trainee, you will work directly under the guidance of senior management, gaining exposure to a range of vital business functions. Your responsibilities will span property portal management, planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns, and assisting in sales strategy formulation and team development initiatives. You will support the management in conducting comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and contribute to agent and vendor management processes. The role involves participating in revenue generation activities, monitoring market trends, and taking part in deal closures and building strategic partnerships. You will interact with various internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
