Aliens Group is looking for results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team in Hyderabad. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and customer focus, as you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Understand and analyze customer requirements.
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to generated leads.
Share project details via calls, emails, or WhatsApp, and ensure regular follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
Support the sales process from lead engagement to closure.
Maintain and expand a strong customer database.
Achieve assigned sales targets and assist in collections if required.
MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
0-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad) with flexible week-offs.
Location: Hyderabad (Week-offs on Monday)
Mode: Work from Office (11-8pm)
